Adaptive Health Check
The Adaptive Health Check™ shows how ready an organisation is to adapt under pressure.
It reveals where the system is open and responsive - and where pressure or constraint is undermining progress.
The tool examines eight dimensions of adaptive capacity, spanning both stabilising and adaptive conditions.
Together, these dimensions surface the organisation’s change archetype - a clear picture of how the system is currently operating.
This gives leaders a practical line of sight into:

We often begin engagements here because the Health Check creates a shared, evidence-based view of what is and is notworking - enabling leaders to sequence change, anticipate risk, and intervene deliberately.
Consulting Services
Our Adaptive Health Check reveals a few ways to intervene, each a facilitated 1-day deep-dive that acts as a circuit breaker to “reset” the system.
Each reset is designed using our Transformational Change Model as a foundation, and results in a customised playbook that includes 1–2 micro tools and metaskills leaders and teams can use immediately to shift the system.
Once we reset, we design and facilitate one or a series of 6 week Change Sprints to coach teams to practice, test, learn, and embed the playbook.

This is a hybrid 6-month accredited program that brings change practitioners through the depths of the theory and practice behind our methodology and tools.

Organisation-specific transformational change masterclass
Designed for bespoke system needs when an organisation wants to upskill four or more of its internal team members. Leverages the content from our public program but delivered in a more targeted way that addresses the group size and unique needs of the organisation.
