Gabrielle Pimstone
Gabrielle Pimstone brings experience as an OD practitioner, accredited coach, group facilitator, and resilience practitioner. Her work focuses on helping leaders see what is really at play beneath patterns of disruption - and to intervene in ways that create lasting movement rather than short-term compliance.
She draws on over 25 years’ experience across 18 countries and 60 organisations, combining a deep understanding of people and culture with practical, results-focused guidance.
Gabrielle has partnered with leaders in organisations of all shapes
and sizes – from iconic global brands to ambitious startups to government departments – helping them navigate complexity, make tough decisions, and turn challenges into opportunities.
A lifelong student of inner transformation, she integrating insights from depth psychology and ancient wisdom into modern leadership and organisational practice.
Gabrielle’s core focus areas include: (1) navigating change, transitions and pressure points; (2) leadership presence and impact; (3) team conflict, roadblocks and power dynamics.
She holds an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town. She is an accredited Process Work facilitator and Barrett Values Centre coach. She is certified in Resilience facilitation. design thinking, and is a level 3 energy practitioner. She has trained with global thought leaders including Organisational Culture with “Emeritus Prof Edgar Schein from MIT, Trauma Counselling with the South African Trauma Council, and completed the Effective Leader Program with Macquarie Graduate School of Management

Allison Tsao
Allison Tsao brings experience as an organisational development practitioner, accredited coach, group facilitator, and program designer. Her work is grounded in revitalising the deeper wisdom and purpose within organisations, so people are able to take up their roles with clarity, responsibility, and contribution to something larger than themselves.
She works at the individual, interpersonal, and systemic level to help complex organisations adapt and thrive through change - helping leaders understand how systems respond under pressure, and where capacity, trust, and connection must be restored for change to truly take hold.
She draws on over 20 year of experience working with 40+ organisations of all industries and sizes, across 4 continents.
Allison’s core focus areas include: (1) transformational change; (2) leadership and vertical development; (3) untangling conflict patterns and relationships; (4) inclusion and belonging; (5) trauma-informed practices.
Allison holds a Masters in Organisation Development from Pepperdine University, is an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, and is certified in the Leadership Circle and Birkman Method. Allison has trained with global thought leaders such as Amy Elizabeth Fox, Thomas Hubl, Nicholas Jannit, Keith McCandless, and Amina Knowlan and is a lifelong learner committed to bringing the latest thinking, research, and practices to the clients she serves.
